Pramathesh has 30 years of experience in the areas of rural development, livelihoods, entitlement of marginalized communities and watershed management. Besides program management, building civil society partnership, capacity building, training and research are his forte. He is one of the founder members of Samaj Pragati Sahayog, one of India’s largest grassroots initiatives for water and livelihoods security in Central India. Pramathesh closely worked with Government bodies and Consortiums. He was the Convener of the National Consortium of CSOs on MGNREGA working with 72 partners across 76 districts of 12 states of India. Several articles written or co-authored by him have been published. He took over as CEO of BRLF in January 2017.
